Recipes within range from the simple to the elaborate, although nothing complicated, with all featuring truffles as the star.
Ken Hom and The Siam’s Chef Jane-Therese Mulry will present a five-course truffle tasting menu featuring our favorite recipes from Ken’s book prepared with Pébeyre truffles from France.
